For people on Ozempic, Wegovy, Zepbound & Mounjaro

Protein, fiber and your shots. Just say it.

When you’re eating less, it’s easy to fall short on protein, which helps protect your muscles, and fiber, which helps digestion. EAT.FM keeps track when you just say what you ate, and logs your shot the same way.

Built for life on a GLP-1

Many doctors and dietitians suggest keeping an eye on protein and fiber while you’re on these medicines. EAT.FM puts them front and center, and keeps your shots in the same place.

EAT.FM keeps a record of what you take. It never tells you what dose to take; that’s between you and your care team.

  • Protein, fiber and water goals you can see at a glance.
  • Log your shot by voice or with a tap: medicine, dose and where you injected.
  • Next spot to use. Your medicine’s instructions say to change spots each time; EAT.FM suggests the one you used longest ago.
  • Next shot date on your Today screen, or “I took my pill” for daily pills.
  • Side effects like queasiness or constipation, with how strong they were.
  • Weight graph with each dose change marked, and mini-goals every 5 pounds.
  • A report for your doctor: your doses, side effects, weight and protein on one summary you can print, save as a PDF or show at your visit.

Your medicine stays private

Your shots, doses and side effects are saved only on your phone. When you mention a shot while logging a meal, EAT.FM reads that part on your phone; only the food part goes to the AI helper.
